Reiki Roots

Ive had 3 sessions now and feel so much better in myself, happier and ready to take on new things in my life. Highly recommend Jen.

I have had 2 treatments of Reiki and a counselling session. Jen is superb at what she does. Made me feel really relaxed and has given me lots of ideas to start to move my life forward. The room she works from is beautiful, very peaceful and relaxing. I would definately recommend Reiki Roots for anyone

I have had a few counselling sessions with Jen and I have also had a Reiki Session. I can't speak highly enough of Jen, she is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Jen makes you feel completely secure and comfortable, and talks you through every process so you have a great understanding of what is happening. No issue is too small.

A few days ago I had a Reiki treatment with Jen and it was a wonderful experience. Initially she asked me some questions relating to my life, current health and wellbeing, then took notes and made sure that I was completely comfortable about the treatment before starting. I found it a relaxing, healing experience and also found Jen to be a truly professional, yet caring, therapist. I am a therapist of different healing modalities myself and am pleased to highly recommend her. I am still experiencing on-going benefits from my Reiki session with her. Thanks so much Jen. xx

I have been amazed at the results from my Reiki Healing sessions! Not only have they helped resolve my medical issues, but have given me greater understanding of how emotions and life events can effect our energy. Jen is also a trained Counsellor and Psychotherapist. She has been able to give me guidance and coping strategies alongside practical advice, to help maintain healing in-between sessions. This is more than just Reiki, it is a totally professional and holistic service - highly recommended.
