        Couldn't do a licence renewal on Saturday as they 'don't have access to the right wall' !

        I needed some cash float for a fund raising event at our local Tennis Club. Banks these days dont give out change unless you bank with them. My bank is Halifax, nearest is Telford! I tried our Post Office. Oh my, what a culture change. Very friendly, very smiley and very helpful staff. Yep, they sorted me out with change and sent me on my way feeling great! A fabulous place!

        Refused to accept pre-paid Royal Mail postage for a parcel. Apparently only a delivery office can scan the pre-paid QR code, not a post office. What a shambles. The woman serving me was polite, but the other woman behind the counter was rude and dismissive. There's no cost for good manners!!!
