        Rob is just the best heating engineer to have at the end of a phone and we have had some emergencies over the years with boilers and pipes, water poring through ceiling etc He is brilliant at all the technical stuff with boilers and heating. Don,t ask him to tile bathrooms he is good at it but not his favorite job. i just thought this feedback was worth a thanks to a key worker
