Perfection from start to finish. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Thorough eye test, good selection of frames and glasses ready for collection within the time frame. I have worn spectacles since the age of four and I can honestly say that this is by far the best optician I have ever dealt with. Its a credit to Bridgnorth.

Ive used the company since moving to the area more than a decade ago and am always delighted with the customer service and professional experience available from optometrists and admin staff alike. Staff are always helpful and willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction - would thoroughly recommend.

I can recommended this optician thoroughly. I had an issue with one new lens, and not only are they replacing that at no cost or quibble, they insisted replacing the other since the photochromic colouring was not guaranteed to be exactly the same. Whilst I thought this was over-doing it, they insisted that professionally they felt obligated! I cannot comment on other opticians, but the service has remained first-rate through the recent merger. What with my recent NHS cataract replacements, my eyes have been well looked after this last year.

After 70 years of wearing glasses, Biddles is the best opticians I have ever dealt with. The staff are all friendly and very helpful and professional. My glass frames are so comfortable that I forget I am wearing them and the lenses are spot-on. Well done Biddles!
