Not sure what to say. I work for a care agency, I had a call with a member of their staff called Laura. I had a email from the organisation outlining unless the council approved a fitting in his bathroom for a rail (to help support my client in his bathroom) they would close the case. I explained to Laura we should try other avenues to get an answer from the council as this request was for the safety of our client and to ensure he is safe and sound. Laura proceeded to laugh down the phone regarding a client saying theres nothing she can do? My client is 80+ (I will not outline his underlining health conditions). Is this the type of company that has ZERO compassion? I don't understand this thought rationale, it's not normal. Consequently when I raised this call to her 'manager' the approval of the rail was approved. The reason I am writing this review is because after the event I have yet to hear from them regarding the complaint. It's upsetting more than anything.

No concept of timekeeping whatsoever. Everytime we have had an appt with these incompetent people, they either don't turn up and then rebook an appt for another day at another time without checking whether it's suitable, or they are more than 45 minutes late. For many of us with elderly parents, we have full time jobs and other commitments that we need to work around, so it is disrespectful of my time to just think it's okay to just not show up or to be so late! I am sick and tired of having to deal with people who are incompetent, disinterested and are undeserving of their jobs. Sack the dead wood and recruit people who actually give a sh*t.

Have been waiting for a step at my father's property to be installed for over one year. Constant phone calls to Able 2. But to no avail. My father's neighbour who is also very elderly is having the same issues. Over a year of waiting. This organisation should be investigated and closed down.
