Wicked the Candle Shop

Really not impressed, purchased 2 lily flame items one being a diffuser which was quite significantly damaged after contacting them with photos, was told it was out of stock and would need to be returned, this is was on purchased as a Christmas present and I didn't have time to get it from anywhere else, there was no apology and no offer of item being reduced, will not be shopping with this company by again. Your response is so typical, you have run out of the item that I have purchased cbut have a dented damaged tin which you clearly sent bout that way, knowing full well it's so close to Christmas that people would have to accept it or go without, shame on you wether or not your website states only returns no discounts then don't send damaged items !!

Recently bought myself a candle for my birthday and I got the candle really fast! They're lovely people, they even wished me a happy birthday (thank you so much!). The prices are affordable, especially considering the quality of the products sold. I bought a lily-flame candle to replace the one I was originally gifted by a loved one and I am so pleased that the delivery was here so swiftly and that I can have this for my birthday again! 100/10 would buy from here again!

I have bought five candles and I love them all. Ordered from Spain and they arrived in 8 days! I'm very happy with my purchase, I'm sure I'll be back for more!! :)

Ordered 5th may 2 x lily flame candles and still waiting. I ordered several items online on that day from much further away and all arrived within 3 to 5 working days 2 of which were 2nd class royal mail but still no candles. Has put me off ordering from wicked as last month I ordered sale lily flame from john lewis and arrived next day.
