This treatment was a revelation to me. A mix of counselling and then tailoring a hands on treatment to my specific problems. Its a relaxing, pain free treatment that seems to be so non-invasive and gentle that you dont think anything could happen afterwards. Its been fantastic for my migraine and my tennis elbow, not to mention my general mental health. My aches and pains have definitely improved, and i thoroughly recommend it. Nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Each time I visit Kate I leave feeling refreshed, lighter somehow. Her approach is partly intuitive I always feel, but she takes great care in ascertaining how mind, body and spirit are faring before commencing treatment. Having first visited with fairly specific requests, Kate has increasingly gained my utmost trust and she seems intuitively to know how to treat me in order for me to feel fantastic. How can I sum up the way I feel afterwards? Refreshed? Rejuvenated? Free? All of these apply - it gives me an overall sensation of being cleansed and calmed - a beautiful way to shed pain and tension from the body and soul.

I have been a patient of Kate for a few years and she is always my go to person whenever my body feels out of alignment or not quite right or uncomfortable in any way. The Bowen treatment is very calming and relaxing while quietly working on my entire system to bring it back into positive focus. As well as the instant feeling of ease and well-being the treatment continues to work on the body over several days and a few days later you suddenly realise how well you feel as symptoms /problems have dissipated. Often Kate will suggest a homeopathic remedy to take as a follow up to the Bowen. These remedies always have a very positive and healing effect with any problems I have with no side effects. I rely on Kate to help me stay as well as I can in a natural healthy healing way.

When I first visited Kate is was on the recommendation of a friend, I knew nothing about Bowen. Kate spent time explaining her treatment and then listening to my many problems which included frozen shoulders and severe migraines that were occurring on a weekly basis. I have to say that Kate has made a huge difference to my shoulders and joints but the biggest effect has been to reduce the number of migraines. I think I have only had eight this year when last year it would have been eight per month!! Kate is a kind and warm person who makes you feel at ease and an hour with her is time well spent.

I have been seeing Kate for an ongoing back problem. She is a superb professional; informed and compassionate. The therapy itself has been wonderful in easing my pain, and calming my mind, and I would certainly recommend her.
