        I wasn't sure if Arch Motor Services would be able to help me - at very short notice after my car made an unexpected and worrying noise. I was concerned that continuing to drive it could cause damage as it was pretty loud, however they swiftly responded to my call for help despite already being very busy with bookings at the time. After a quick look I was reassured that I'd be safe to make my short journey, I'm really grateful for their kind assistance and I'm very happy to recommend them
