Toolstation Bridgnorth

I go to toolstation in Bridgnorth regularly and Ive always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I mostly use their click and collect service as its very quick and straightforward. I must give Stephen a mention for his efficiency and professionalism.

So happy to have this as my local store, the staff are always friendly and knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will find someone that does. Always glad to see Steve's smiling face behind the counter. Thanks for running out to my van with the plastic sheeting I'd left on the counter. That saved me a 20 mile trip back

A big thank you to Steve today who helped my grandad out with a new mower , even if the information and picture I gave him was for screwfix ,Steve was able to sort out what he needed and even carried it out to the car , great service all around , Thank you again Steve

Been coming to toolstation Bridgnorth since it opened and found it to be ok ,all be it change of staff does not help , but yesterday was served by a new lad that was brilliant and helped me no end , and by the way he was talking I think he must have been a tradesman , so thank you ,did not catch his name but he had lovely tattoos on his arm, lovely and very helpful lad, Thank you

Will not use them again. Went in for an item, I did not pre order. Asked them if they had one in stock and I was told by a large chap with tattoos you need to get a number out of the catalogue on the desk, I said sorry I dont have my glasses so would not be able to read it. His response was I cant help you then I said ok Ill go Nextdoor to Screwfix, he said no problem, have a nice day. The other shop looked on the system found what I wanted in a few seconds and I was on my way. I cant believe how rude he was
