As first time buyers, we thought buying our house would be stressful and daunting at times. However, I cannot recommend and thank Misha Mackay (Office Manager) enough! She has been extremely professional as well as friendly and reliable. She has supported us throughout the process by answering our ongoing calls, emails and questions whilst pointing us in the direction of relevant steps we need to follow and quotes from local services. We have been updated along every step of the way so we always knew what was happening. Again, thank you so much for all of your patience, help and support throughout this process!

I can only comment from a buyers perspective. But I must say I gave the office phone calls, messages left, regarding my purchase. Never once had any call back on several occasions. I phoned the bridge north office, as they were the so called progressive sales team. I had a date I could complete, 2 messages and phone never picked up , no matter what time of the day I phoned them. Now I will delay my completion. By 2 weeks as Im also in no rush . They can explain that to the vendor they are so called acting for. Steer clear is my true advise to anyone wanting to sell with them .
