Awful. I went on-line and booked my car in for a DPF filter clean and paid for it 2 weeks prior to the appointment. On the day it was booked in I rang before setting off, only to be told that they can't do that at Bridgnorth and that the website should not have allowed the booking. No apology was given, neither had they notified me in advance not to bring my car in. I rang customer services to ask why their website had allowed me to book this service and pay for it, and they never came back to me.
