    Ive been an Aquiss Broadband user for a couple of months now and everything was dealt with friendly, welcoming customer service. Every time I phoned up they were awesome and even when there was a slight glitch it was dealt with (I believe my last ticket was resolved in 38 seconds) even when I had trouble with my older router they had a support page for it and it solved my issue. Overall, they might cost a bit more but to me that is a worth every single penny and Martin the CEO is great to deal with. As for speeds and ping - solid and completely on-point.

    I have been with Aquiss for one year. They have good customer service in the sense that they address most issues promptly and Martin often replies to emails directly. The customer service could be improved in the sense that communications can often be perceived as rude and abrupt. Some issues were not addressed e.g. my broadband being cut off one day early with no apology or resolution. Whilst the overall broadband experience was fine, these issues are something that could be easily addressed to improve the overall Aquiss customer experience.

    I have only been with them for a week but the communication service and speeds are all spot on. I am on the family 1000 plan and it is great.

    Always very helpful. When I say always I mean both times I called them. And they were about helping me rather than sorting out any problem from their side. Ive been with them two or three years now. Not the very cheapest but all good
