What an awful experience. An experience that would throw me off track for the next couple of hours. Here's how the conversation went: "We don't usually allow dogs" (I have a very gentle well behaved greyhound and Bridgnorth is noted for being dog friendly) "But how can I buy any wool? " Well maybe you can't " " Do you want me to leave? "I think that's best" A message to the owner.. Don't think for a moment you can treat and speak to people that way because it only takes one negative review for potential customers to remember, and then go elsewhere, which I did. There's a lovely wool shop just around the corner from your shop and the owner there was perfectly polite and in fact, made a fuss of my dog!!

What a gem of a find. Im new to the area and to find a shop like this with such a helpful lady inside it who is always happy and interested in what youre making is an absolute treasure. The prices of the stock are very reasonable and of very good quality. Its one of my favourite places to shop in Bridgnorth
