Visited after shutting my finger in a car door, nurses were lovely helpful and kind even the nail puncture which I was terrified of was performed in seconds. And after having to go back with major panic attack with oxygen low. The nurses and staff were truly amazing and withing 40 mins I was fully recovered and could go home. Cannot thank you enough. Lovely people and felt very looked after

What a marvelous hospital, it's everything the NHS should be. Visited today with a rather nasty dog bite. Sorted out at reception by the lovely Bobbie, waited 5 minutes to be called, wound dealt with by 2 superb staff. Wound cleaned, anaesthetic administered 3 stitches & a tetanus jab later left with a course of antibiotics. In and out in less than an hour. Fantastic service Thank you all

Walked in last night. From the start the level of care was incredible. I was seen quickly by reception/triage and then moved to a consultation room within 5 minutes. Met Nick who assessed my condition, gave advice and prescribed medication which I had in my hand within 10 minutes. Incredible level of care and service, which prompted me to write a review.

Hard review this because I have come to loath the NHS. before visiting Bridge north hospital for tests every single experiance with the NHS has been negative, it has been filled with rude officious staff who long forgot professionalism and maintaining a high standard of care, who take out their frustrations with the government on the patients. However, bridgenorth, Is the absolute exception to this rule. They were polite, courteous, genuine people. Who I feel were genuinly committed to providing an excellent level of care, which they did. We know all the nurses and auxiliary staff are woefully under paid and over worked by the government, yet this lot have the professionalism to not allow that to degrade the standard they provide to the patients. I couldn't fault them here if I tried. Frankly if any senior managers in the NHS had anything about them they would recognise this place and its staff for the shining beacon it is.
