I have been suffering from what I thought was a trapped nerve in my neck causing serious discomfort, numbness in my neck, into my right shoulder, arm, and hand since January 23. I saw a doctor who referred me to their in-house physiotherapist Carissa Jones. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She was very welcoming, took the time out to listen to my problem, examined me whilst explaining very clearly what she believes the problem is, which is an irritated root nerve, showed me some exercises and later emailed me a program of exercises (which you can download the app onto your smartphone) to do daily. I have only been doing these exercises for around 24 hours and although I've got a long way to go, I can already feel a huge improvement. I cannot thank her enough!
