        Staff helpful but thought they were quite rude as I simply asked if I could get some coins changed into notes the reply I got was No! You Have to deposit it in an account- so what account you do want to put into my request was simple and definitely did not deserve the response I got, a simple unfortunately we cant do that, you do have to put it into an account would of been a more friendly response
