Bridgnorth B&B Company

This is a beautiful self catering apartment. It is not bed and breakfast! It is situated in a courtyard that has a beer garden for the local pub that is open until 1 am in the summer months. Very noisy. The music from the The stable bar went on until midnight which kept us awake. Rooms: They were clean and well equipped

There was a mix up with our booking for the night of our wedding (not this companys fault and easily done) and Debbie went above and beyond. She upgraded us to the Campbell Suite which was absolutely stunning. The perfect way to end my wedding and to wake up above the Atrium was perfect for breakfast! I had lots of family and friends staying in the other rooms and they all raved about them! Perfect place to stay in Bridgnorth and excellent customer service!

Do not stay at the barrel house barley if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing night's sleep. I paid 85 to stay here mid week and the price did not equate to what I receive. The loft bedroom is literally situated in the lively beer garden of the stable bar, even with the window closed the noise is very loud and mid week we were kept up until 12AM but even more to our frustration we were awoken at 6AM by staff loudly talking outside the room and the loud moving about of barrells. Along side this there were no hand towels in the room and no milk to make tea or coffee, although these are only small details they are certainly things expected in an accommodation advertised to be of a certain standard. I appreciate changes have to be made with some things due to covid but a simple explanation of this upon booking or in the room goes a long way. I contacted Bridgnorth B&B following my disappointing stay and recieved nothing but excuses for the noise, it was stated that as I booked after 6pm they were unable to provide me warning for the noise and there is no significant warning on the website which would of allowed me to make an appropriate choice and find a suitable alternative. I am extremely dissappointed in what I was expecting to be an excellent stay and afraid due to the poor response I recieved the stable bar and partner businesses have lost my future custom.

My partner and I recently stayed at the Hammerton Suite for one night. It's a lovely, clean and spacious apartment right in the centre of Bridgnorth. It's noisy at night so take your ear plugs. The "breakfast hamper" consisted of four types of cereal with two "variety pack" boxes of each. Half of these boxes were beyond their best before date. Coffee and tea is provided but no milk. The key safe to the property is difficult to use.
