It was a typical day in Bridgnorth, and the two main barbers, Cameron and Ben, were at it again. They had been arguing over who was the best barber in town for weeks now, and neither of them was willing to back down. One day, as they were both cutting hair, a brilliant idea struck them. They would settle the argument once and for all with a bake-off! Cameron, who was feeling confident, suggested that they make cupcakes. Ben, who had never baked in his life, reluctantly agreed. The day of the bake-off arrived, and both barbers brought their cupcakes to the town square. Cameron's cupcakes were beautifully decorated with frosting and sprinkles, while Ben's cupcakes looked like they had been dropped on the ground and stepped on. The judges, who were made up of local residents, tasted both sets of cupcakes and declared Cameron's cupcakes the winner! The crowd cheered, and even Jody, Cameron's sidekick, did a little victory dance. Ben was not happy about losing, but he took it in stride. He even congratulated Cameron on his win and asked him for the recipe for his cupcakes. As the day drew to a close, Cameron's customers started flooding into his barber shop, eager to congratulate him on his victory. They were all in a good mood, and even Cameron, who was usually reserved, was cracking jokes and laughing with his clients. Ben's shop, on the other hand, was deserted. His customers had all gone to Cameron's shop to celebrate the win. Ben sat alone, licking the frosting off of his fingers and pondering his defeat. In the end, it was clear that Cameron was the better barber, and the better baker. And as for Ben, well, maybe he should stick to cutting hair and leave the baking to the experts!
