Dont try to haggle, owner gets very offended and starts hurling insults, car had underlining issues which the owner refused to accept and when offered a lower price because of the issues recieved insults and slander. Owner has no idea about cars or issues they have although he has apparently done the job for 30 just horrible overall attitude.
