A Cut Above The Rest

Last owner just sold buisness without telling clients, you would think that would be important, new owners didn't tell clients until they turn up at appointment, and now just randomly close down without mentioning it too. Last phone call was a weird no electric will phone when it's sorted. Thanks a bunch

Our dog came back timid, still damp and the perfume they put on her was giving me a headache as they doused her in it and was too overpowering. Cant imagine how she must have found it. They werent doing a cut but, I did ask them to trim her trousers but they didnt and cut the end of her tail off square which looks a little odd. They also didnt cut one of her nails which I specifically came in for. Staff seemed a little unprofessional too unfortunately. Never had an issue with them before with my last dog but I cant say that Id ever return now. Especially with the price.

We have been using A Cut above the rest for some time now. Always super friendly and do a great job. Our dog has just gone in for his pre Christmas groom and they had given him this jumper as a Christmas present. How lovely - thank you!
