After a good month of attempting to contact them, I've yielded no reply, and consequently I've been left with no choice but to contact my bank in order to back charge what is owed. The report will be under the pretext that the website is fraudulent. *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*

I purchased on 18 October and paid the item, but I didn't receive it. Thaiy shut the phone when I try to contact. Thay didn't answer to my emails too. Scammers.

Placed an order on 20th August 2022 and transaction went through. Money has left my account, but order still saying pending. No answer to calls on either number, and emails bounce back. Google search shows a Facebook post saying company ceased trading on 4th August, but nothing on website to say the same. No way or making contact with anyone for a refund. Absolutely shocking that you can still place orders, and they take your money still.

Brought some eley pellets on the 28th of June rang a few weeks later to see where they were,was told he was posting them that day its now the 7 th of Aug and its still listed as processing on their website. Had issues getting in touch phone would ring then just cut off and emails that I sent to them would be flagged as unable to send,not very happy with this company I'll keep buying the eley tenex pellets from the nsra as they actually turn up

Placed an order, received a confirmation and then weeks of no contact. Now trying to chase them all week and no replies to emails and they do not answer the phone. Edit, 2 days after posting this I thought to try chasing them through facebook messages and did get a response, I will update this again if the order ships
