Had Darren and the guys up at my home today after I noticed a leek in my roof via the chimney. They arrived promptly, got to work straight away. Darren took pictures of the work and showed me what he was doing at each stage. The work was completed in a day and looks great. I needed new fascia board installing and they even painted it for me, which I didn't even get when I had a new extension. Good service, fair price and responsive.... I would definitely recommend. Darren and team have done an excellent job. I was very impressed with their high level of service. They are professional in every department. They were very quick to respond and did exactly what they said. The price they charged was very fair and reasonable. They were very quick to respond and carry out the repairs needed. Mason and Son Roofing were to replace my felt flat roofs on my garage, back room and kitchen extensions completed on 30th March 2021, they were paid 3450 where I believed they replaced with 3 layers of felt but, in August 2021 had first leak a dangerous leak via my kitchen light fitting, on 4th October 2021 another leak adjacent to first leak in Kitchen which caused damage to the ceiling leaving a large hole, on the same day another leak in the garage same place as before. I've lived with the kitchen ceiling hole now since 4th October 2021 as, I have lost all faith and confidence in the Company therefore, I wanted to have a professional plasterer to repair the damage the roofer had caused to my property, although he gave me a a 10 year guarantee, today 14th February 2022 the garage roof is leaking again in the same place as before when he said he had repaired it. I constantly inspecting the flat roof ceilings because of the Companies shoddy work. Still waiting for Mr Mason to pay the plasterer's quote, 562, for my inconvenience and stress 200 he has caused me with 5 leaks as, now with a another leak in the garage once again after rain yesterday, to employ another roofer to repair Mason and Son Roofing shoddy repair 200 I won't be recommending Mason an Son Roofing Needing total of 962 from the company via ADR to put right.
