        Had an awful exam experience with these people. 2.5 hr online exam - averted eyes from the screen for literally 2-3 seconds to rest, and they threatened to fail me. When I said NHS recommendations say we should rest our eyes for 20 seconds every 20 minutes when looking at a screen - they didnt even bother to comment on that or show how they comply, and instead gave a gaslighting response instead - suggesting I ask for reasonable adjustments next timefor permission to rest my eyesseriously?! I passed the exam, but the online experience is the worst Ive ever had in my life. Id recommend going to one of the other providers who arent so draconian.
