        USED milk is reheated for the make my drink. Milk literally sitting in the jug and didnt even attempt to use fresh milk from bottle. I ask did you use old milk and barista said yes and made me a new drink. They are the worst PRET ever. You are NOT getting what you pay for.

        There was this one worker there called Sharlyn, she was so nice and friendly. The coffee she made me was amazing, just like her personality and customer service. There was also this other girl working called Chloe. She greeted me with such a warm and friendly smile and we had such a nice conversation that I didnt feel like leaving after my coffee was made. I hope to see them again.
