Strictly Recruitment

A very disappointing experience. Once I had applied, I immediately received a call from Leah, and was described three jobs I would be a perfect match for. Of course, I agreed to be put forward for them all. A week later, and no response. I chased, and was told the client had just responded to say that they had hired internally.. did you not think to tell me this, instead of keeping me waiting?! Another job had appearing which suited my experience that Leah put me forward for. Low and behold. No response. Once I chased in the same email chain, I was called the completely wrong name? I had to even ask if this role was for myself, which I thought was very odd on their behalf. Communication with candidates is basic rule number one when working in recruitment, and unfortunately it appears Strictly have a long way to go.

Without Strictly Recruitment I wouldnt have got my dream job! I have been working alongside Sophie Minihane for the last couple of weeks and she honestly is one of the best Recruitment Agents I have worked with. Shes such a lovely person inside and out and she always always went above and beyond for me. She really helped me to gain confidence within myself and prepared me extremely well for interview processes. Sometimes it can be very daunting applying for new jobs, but Sophie was there with me every step of the way and made me feel really comfortable. I would recommend Strictly Recruitment to friends, family and the general public, and if ever needed, I would definitely use their services again. P.s I got my dream job with the help of Sophie and Strictly Recruitment!! Amazing!.

Cannot recommend Sophie enough! Kept me updated throughout the entire process, gave me everything I needed to prepare for interviews, and secured me an amazing role in an amazing law firm!
