        Have been seeing Rob for pain in my legs and hip pre-marathon. The treatments are brilliant and made me feel really comfortable before my big run! Highly recommend him and the spectrum team - they are really flexible and super accommodating.

        Incredible service, go above and beyond - they helped me recover from a slipped disc to be able to run the London Marathon with really short notice. Their overall service and staff are brilliant - friendly, efficient and personable. Very easy to book and very accommodating too.

        Rob and the full team at Spectrum are brilliant. I went to see them after struggling with tendonitis for over a year with no improvement despite NHS physio. However Rob quickly identified the issue and put together a really clear plan to not just treat the pain, but also correct the issue to avoid it coming back again. Im happy to say that Im pain free thanks Rob and the Spectrum team. I couldnt recommend them highly enough

        I saw Rob Foyster for some knee pain a few days out from running a marathon and it was the best decision I made! His treatment on the day and the rehab exercises he gave me ensured I was ready for the big run. So much care goes into his work - I felt like I was in very safe hands with Rob & his team (who also provided exceptional service) and the results really showed. Couldn't recommend Rob & the Spectrum physio team more - if you're looking for a physio in London (especially if you're a runner), book in with Rob! Last minute/next-day appointments are also possible (I booked in and was seen the same afternoon).
