Tom is a fantastic trainer. As a complete beginner to the gym, I was worried about not being very fit, and not knowing how to do any of the exercises correctly. But Tom walked me through everything step-by-step, was very supportive and kept me motivated. I've never looked or felt better and I owe it all to Tom! Highly recommend!

Tom really is the best PT I have ever had. He focuses on me as an individual, providing me with a more holistic approach to achieving my goals, not just through exercise but through diet and life style. He pushes me to really challenge myself, developing a training programme and approach tailored to my needs. Would highly recommend him!

Chigwell PT is helping me to turn my life around. The sessions are fun and challenging but more than that, the mindset is one of being able to do anything, we just start with one step at a time and then, slowly and safely we work our way towards the target. Already, after 4 months, I am stronger than I imagined I could be, Ive also noticed my body shape is changing because of this. Tom has a fantastic understanding of working with more mature (and in my case overweight) clients and Ive found it amazing to gain so much knowledge and strength without any pain, previously when Ive tried to get fitter Ive always ended up hurting something, but not here. This time weve built up slowly and gradually and its been amazing. If youre looking to get yourself and your body ready for the next stages in life Id urge you to get in touch as Im looking forward to a brighter, fitter, happier future. Theyve made me realise that all my goals really are achievable.

Ive been neglecting my health for too long. Life got in the way as it always does. But recently I had a health issue come up and realised I needed to make a change. If I didnt, I knew theres a big chance it would affect my future and the future of my family. I connected with Tom recently and he was so helpful. He reviewed my lifestyle, understood my situation and gave advice tailored to me. Were working on making these changes a part of my lifestyle, instead of a radical change right now so I dont run the risk of falling off the wagon. Fixing your health shouldnt only happen after you find out something bad-I wish Id gone to Tom years earlier. But at least the second best time is now and Im glad I have Tom by my side to guide me. Highly recommend speaking to Tom and potentially working with him to improve your health.
