        Booked eye test for myself and my kids. The staff refused to take the test as one of my son got cold which is quite normal with the kids as the weather is changing these days and he coughed in the shop. Very disappointed with the behaviour of the staff. Was hoping for total opposite but unfortunately I was so surprised the way staff behaved. I took my kids straight from school to the opticians and they were in school uniform as well. Very bad experience

        Old school experience which was liberating . A pleasant change from the overly ambitious pricing of many high street chains that all seem to be geared towards parting me from my hard earned cash. Open, honest and transparent. Nice to support local business.
