Pukka shop, close to Woodford station, Flawless customer service, quality juices/ mods/pods/disposables keeping up in with new tech and spec at reasonable prices!! Callum is a genuinely down to earth guy that knows what he's talking about when giving individuals advice to suit anybody's needs when it comes to vaping as well as online personal reviews on items he has in stock on YouTube (search vapour vault) if you want a review don't be afraid to ask him to post one, he'll be more than happy to. Along with cheap prices, loads of mega deals, Pokmon cards........the loyal members you get given a loyalty card and entered into prize draws each month! It's hard to find genuine vape shops that do deals like Vapour Vault and are genuine, if there is a problem be sure to go back and Callum will find a solution for sure!! Before vapour Vault a few years ago I visited a few vape shops where vape mods would become faulty in a week, flavours going funny within a couple of days to find out they were counterfeits, then I found Vapour vault. So a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED place to go for all things with vaping to the point I won't go anywhere else unless I'm out of the area and need one urgently or Callum is closed!! An easy 5 stars from me

Love this place. Huge range of products at reasonable prices and the staff are very friendly. Callum puts up with my stupid questions and there's none of the snobbery you see with some vape shops. Great loyalty scheme too. Highly recommend.

Great vape shop. The staff are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The shop is TPD/TRPR compliant, meaning you might not see some of the products you see in some other stores, but you know what youre getting is actually safe and legitimate! I pretty much exclusively get my vape products from here; me and my boyfriend probably visit about 3-4 times a week between us. The shop is a short, 3 minute walk from Woodford train station on Snakes Lane East, making it a great choice if you live on the east end of the central line its easily the best place to buy vapes in Woodford. The extra two minutes up the road is worth it (instead of going into the corner stores) as the disposables are around 1-2 cheaper here, they have a very large selection of flavours/brands and you only ever get genuine products. They're open everyday from 10am. They sell a wide range of disposables (including nicotine-free ones), pod devices, nic shots, shortfills (they have their own range of flavours, amongst other products) and all the hardware too, as well as a really wide range of coils for most devices. They also sell Pokmon cards and run Pokmon events, and have a 3D printer in the store. The shop does lots of raffles, giveaways, deals and events on top of the base loyalty scheme (a free product in a specific category for every 10 purchased). You cannot get products like the Elf Bar pods or Lost Marys cheaper online; the prices in this store are very reasonable. Callum, the owner, runs a YouTube channel where he reviews a bunch of the products, which is really helpful when you want to get some more information before you buy (although you can just go in and ask, they're always very helpful). It's worth following them on YouTube/Instagram/Facebook to keep up to date with events in store, freebies and new products. For every product they sell, someone in the shop will have tried it and can give you their opinions and advice. The staff are consistently willing to help with troubleshooting a device if you have any issues with it, and are always up for a chat - especially if you're a regular customer. I personally use the Elf Bar Mate pod device, which I purchased here. Theyve got the full range of Elf Bar mate pod flavours which is really convenient as not many in person stores even stock the pods, nevermind the full range of flavours. They work out about half the price of disposables for the same level of flavour/nicotine. They also dont have disposable batteries and theres less packaging then a disposable, so theyre better for the environment, which is great. I would definitely recommend checking this store out if you're in the area, it gets 5 stars from me
