Piece of work these solicitors, they lie, withhold information and are complete bullies. Specially Gordon smith. Will contact you unnecessary and try to intimidate you to the point of breaking point.

Once I got through to the correct person, they were quite quick in sorting out the problem. Just a shame they never responded to the 5 emails sent over the course of a week and it took having to ring them and get put through 4 different people to get the right person.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this law firm at all costs. I switched insurance provider just to avoid dealing with DWF Legal. Their customer service was unprofessional from the get-go and they had to be hounded for updates which were always sloppy and poorly thought through. From the second I was asked to reach out to DWF it was clear they weren't interested in delivering results and just wanted to clip the ticket and go through the motions. It's immoral that a law firm as suboptimal as DWF is able to provide legal services but it should also be illegal.
