We locked ourselves out of our home after my partner lost his keys and I left mine in the flat.
The locksmith charged us a staggering 621.
After calling the make a claim and hearing they will not cover the costs as my keys were left inside, my partner called to tell them he lost his.
Following this they still refused to amend the claim and when my partner asked to be passed to the manager or will look to cancel the claim, they refused to pass the phone to anyone above them and HUNG UP!!
This is disgraceful from any customer service!!!!
I highly recommend you do not go with them for insurance considering all the other reviews on other legit review sites, I think it's quite clear how awful this company is!
