An absolut unprofessional, service. I wish I never started with them. I am vulnerable, and they just don't care at all. I cant talk to anyone really , each time i getting answer we still waiting for this and that. No one give any update. I has been complained and complain team even not able to contact me??? I am paid for them huge amount money in a last few years. When you need help they don't care about you.... Please everyone just avoid them. They not see you as a Human being, just a piece of S..... When the advisor is calling you, talking to me like a 5 years old child. So patronising........... absolutely awfull!!!!!!!

Truly awful. No two staff members give the same information, once you actually get thru to anyone. No sensitivity when dealing with the bereaved. Lots obstacles to navigate when making a claim, more than similar organisations, I can only assume in an effort to delay payment. Avoid!

No questions asked? I was answering questions for 30min got all my medical and personal details ,and at the end rejected because of a broken ankle an cholesterol medication ?just turned 50.
