In the last 40 years of having several GPs. I have been with this surgery and doctor for over 15 years and I would recommend this surgery to anyone compared to other GP practice that I have heard bad stories about and experienced bad GPs, while others are scared to even go to their GPs. I am fortunate enough that I get my medical problems sorted urgently. I can get phone call appointments on the same day. No need to wait for weeks on waiting list to get appointments. Even my husband got his surgery done within 2 days of having a fracture on his arm. Prescriptions sent sent to our local pharmacy by online and received medication within 24 hours.

Don't have any problems with the surgery whatsoever GP's very helpful,making referrals if needed.Always updating with the test's results.I have been seen face to face even during lockdown time. Thank you!

I have been a patient with Dr K Sundaram for many of years he is always helpful with me and gives or sends me to what I ever need doing very professional quack

Terrible management and lack of professionalism. Male doctor communicates very poorly, with lack of transparency and clarity. Reception staff also have communication problems, I have felt more welcomed by Tesco self-checkout staff than here. Do not recommend, this practice should be under close watch. UPDATE- Dr Runi is absolutely wonderful and met my complex mental health issues with empathy and regard. Nothing like Dr Sundharam, who once told me how can you have troubles at this age. Dr Runi Is the doctor this practice needed so much. Thank you thank you thank you
