The Heartfelt Funeral Company were so helpful when we called them in the middle of the night about my grandma's death. On that night, they were so reassuring as they took grandma into their care and in the days that followed so compassionate and accommodating as we navigated all the admin around grandma's death and planned her send off. Kieran, Maria and every one of the team at the Heartfelt Funeral Company were absolutely wonderful, I cant say enough good things about them. They handled my mums funeral with care, compassion and love, making an extremely difficult time that much easier. They helped me through every step of the way, nothing was ever a problem for them. You can really tell that they care. Thank you again from the whole family, we feel very lucky to have found your company and will be forever grateful for everything you have done for us.
