Very disappointed with the service. Have been a customer for many years but after being charged for warm I did not need or agree to being ignored by the branch afterwards tells me they are not interested in customer service

I can't recommend Ryan enough if you are looking for a car. I made contact a few weeks ago about a car I was interested in but it unfortunately sold before I had a chance to view it. I didn't think I would hear anymore from them but Ryan kept in touch with me and sent me details of cars he knew met my criteria. He took time to get to know exactly what I was looking for and was not pushy at all. He is professional, polite and a genuine person. He even arranged for his colleague James (who is also brilliant) to set me up with a test drive when it was his day off. Professional and honest sales people really do still exist. Speak to Ryan or James for a 5 star service.
