Lapan Cooking Classes

We had such a wonderful and scrumptious time cooking a Malaysian meal with Fran! My partner and I are adventurous cooks and eaters and have taken several cooking classes before, so we weren't sure how much we would learn. As it turned out, this class was one of the best we have ever taken, and we were introduced to two ingredients we had never heard of before and got some new ideas for techniques! Moreover, the food was delectable and interesting. I have had friends from overseas visiting recently so I've had several meals out--the one I cooked with Fran was miles better than anything I ate in a restaurant! Fran was fun company and a great, upbeat teacher. I recommend wholeheartedly

What an absolutely super cookery class! Fran is fantastic, an amazing teacher, extremely knowledgeable in thai cooking and everything involved in the process. She is so much fun and made us feel so welcome in her home. We came away with 3 delicious home cooked recipes that I cant wait to cook again. I highly recommend this class.

Absolutely an amazing experience! Fran is such a sweet teacher, she lets you genuinely fall in love with the process of cooking. Her passion is visible and admirable. Everything about the class was perfect, she is very tidy, hygienic, and organised. I had a lovely time with her, she is really warm and gracious.

5 stars. Fran is a very enthusiastic teacher and is very knowledgeable about Asian food. I learnt a lot over the course of 2 hours.
