        Set in some of Teign valley's best country side, it's becoming a little run down these days with not a lot of stock but well worth a visit if you are in the area, the prices are very reasonable and there is a little market there on Saturdays but check first. It would benefit greatly if it had a little tea room in the gardens or by the river Teign, a good project for some local ladies who like to bake.
