        Those based in South of England, I spent my weekend at Knole Farm in Okehampton in Devon. A perfect place to unwind and relax with amazing views. A very conventional British home with excellent hospitality. Do Visit white lady water fall in Lydford Gorge National Trust; highly recommended . Do stop at Castle Inn cafe to try their Nibbles and see one of the most ancient places turned into a sueprb Cafe. Plenty of good food options at 5-10 min drive from the farm #devon #irfanstraveldiary

        We were on the farm CL, we have been going there for years. Lovely peaceful site, lovely views and Mavis the owner is lovely always helpful. This is a working farm so inevitably there is a little noise from tractors etc from time to time, not that it bothers us. Farm dog Rex likes to come and say hello occasionally. All in all a lovely site
