Lorna goes above and beyond to make sure that our dog loves going to the groomers and he always comes out looking great. After visiting previous salons which resulted in him fearing the groomers, having to be carried out of the car and being sick after each visit, Lorna worked so hard to make it a positive experience for him. He now gets so excited to see Lorna and runs to the door! We cant thank Lorna enough for putting his well-being first and helping him to overcome his fears, without her perseverance wed have a very matted and unhappy dog!

Lorna does a wonderful groom on my labradoodle Nell. Nell is quite a shy dog, but is very comfortable with Lorna. Would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Lorna fit me in for an emergency flea bath on our new foster boy, who came to us on Tuesday riddled with fleas. Although not her usual routine, as he was clearly nervous, in order to ease his itching/soreness she took great care in trying to get rid of as many of the little nasties as she could. The sprats & liver paste he got treated to along the way were certainly enjoyed! (By the dog that is!) In doing all of this, she had to rejig tomorrows diary at short notice to make sure that the salon is clean & safe for others. This was done without hesitation. She was super patient & her gentle methods were certainly clear & appreciated. Thank you again Lorna!!

Very friendly service, all natural dog shampoos used. Lorna really cares for the dogs and doesnt over charge. She will let you stay with her for the first time your dog is groomed, so you can see how she works and how your dog reacts on the table, I would recommend to all.
