        Left home in the evening to get something before the shop closed, arrived at 9 minutes before the advertised close time anf they'd already closed. There were staff in the shop, they just closed early disappointingly. Not what you'd expect from a big chain.

        Took 2 parcels here for collect plus returns. Was served by a very miserable older woman who huffed when I said it was collect plus. After some fiasco the first parcel was done, dropped to the floor from a height, second done, again, dropped to the floor from a height. The other lady who was on the till said hopefully it wasn't breakable...luckily not, but the older lady replied with 'I don't care!' I would suggest this member of staff needs some serious training in Customer service skills!!
