    After Go Green completed the job on September 2022 I am still waiting for paperwork promised from the install. I have asked more than 5 times which has either been ignored by e-mail by Craig or I will enquire about it for you on the telephone with Dan. I am unable to sign up with energy providers without the proof of documentation.

    From start to finish, the process was quick and easy. The company and their staff are very hard working and polite. After service was fantastic. Very affordable and would highly recommend to anyone.

    Like others I do not generally leave reviews, however I would like to ensure those who use this company after me are forewarned. Like another reviewer wrote, the materials arrived, and I had to help the delivery person get all the kit off the van. Communication was / has never been straight forward and always had to chase. THIS COMPANY IS NOT MCS REGISTERED! so any hope of selling back to the grid is a no go. Like another reviewer, I feel this is something that was never stated and any reference to this with Craig in conversation is met with Ive never heard of this before, which is clearly not the case as Im writing this after another reviewer has pointed it out. The actual kit works fine, the install was a bit of a nightmare, in terms of time frame and mix ups. In retrospect, there has never been a site survey, there wasnt any scaffolding. I hope the company does the right thing and tries to make this right for those of us who appear to have been affected.

    I don't normally do public reviews. However, on this occasion I will. Whilst the order process is easy enough. The date was agreed at point of order where everything would be done on an agreed date . Received a call the week before wanting to bring the date forward. This was accepted. So the revised date comes around and the only thing that showed up was the delivery of panels, batteries etc. The chap who delivered was a fairly old gentleman on his own. Even though I was working from home that day I couldn't leave this poor man to move everything on his own. After the delivery the gentleman left 2 large wooden pallets on the front of my house, claiming they're the responsibility of the fitters. The following day (a day later than Go Green specified the fitters turned up. No issues with the fitters at all apart from the pallets were still left there, claiming it was the electrician who would take them. They also left all the mess from boxes, wrappers etc. Two days after that the electrician turned up. Again, nice fella but left all the mess to clear up. So every trade left us with a load of mess and inconvenience to clear up. Reading reviews I was expecting to be shown an app on how to monitor the solar system. Apparently not! I had to chase this up to which I was told about this app. Basically sort it yourself! A month in and I've got alarm lights flashing on inverter and battery. Emailed my contact who passed it on to someone else, got a call asking me to look at the error codes. Gave it a day and chased it up. The chap who I have the error codes to said it was someone else's problem. Chased it up with my contact Craig who has since been ignoring me. The list of error codes is increasing in number. So, expect to be messed about with dates when people turn up, be left with a mess and have no aftercare. Whilst Go Green had the best quote the aftercare is non existent. I have been asked by several people and I honestly couldn't recommend this company. Almost 12k paid to Go Green, I'd expect a lot better! Craig, I understand your need to reply. However, not much of your response has been factual. 1. We were never offered a skip. In addition I have several emails informing you of the mess that was left behind. None of which you actioned. 2. Adverse weather conditions for 11/12th October. No such weather conditions. Check historical data! 3. The battery issue was not sorted with 7 days. Again I have emails which proves this process took over 3 weeks to get sorted

I understand your need to reply. However, not much of your response has been factual.
1. We were never offered a skip. In addition I have several emails informing you of the mess that was left behind. None of which you actioned.
