Just had the back garden and front driveway done by this company. There work is ok. Its added some value to the property. I would not recommend them they do the job why? Because their customer service is very-poor they dont come back to resolve issues if the work had some problems. I rang a couple of times and was told they would come back to solve the issue but never came back , such a shame ejrn the work looks good

Ok, these guys caught me outside one afternoon (as often happens), suggested a replacement drive - it is something I had already looked into, although cost was an issue. Anyway he outlined what they could do, and exactly how much it would cost, emphasis on no payment until job completion - I do like that, and no cash needed, would accept a bank transfer. On the agreed day they turned up - I was away at work, they just needed access to a water supply. Left them to it, drive was removed and hard-core put down for the new surface - I was only having tarmac put down, with a new brick edging, a new drainage channel cut at the bottom of the drive (garage used to flood as drive slopes down). They returned a couple of days later to finish putting the top dressing on. Again I wasn't in, all they needed was water - I have a very unfriendly dog so was pleased they didn't need access to the house. My neighbour commented afterwards that they worked really hard at it, also noting that they cleaned the pathway and the road, on both occasions that they were here. We left the tarmac for two weeks before parking vehicles on it - giving the drive a chance to cool down first. It has now been a few weeks since they came out, all is looking good, the drainage works well and the drive looks lovely. Before the drive actually resembled a bomb site with holes everywhere - pics available of before and after. It wasn't cheap again it wasn't expensive, but very pleased with it, so we'll done to the team of lads that were here. Apologies for the slow review. Had a double drive patio to the rear and path done by Tony and his team. From start to finish there work is second to none. Also had fencing done by his lads and the standard of finish was top draw. I highly recommend T&Q paving and will no doubt be using them again in the future. Thanks again Tony Services: Hardscaping, Concrete work, Asphalt paving & repair
