        My parents had an absolutely atrocious experience with this company. Committing to timetables that werent abide by, they employed an unqualified electrician to do all the electrical work - a survey wasnt even completed and at the end my parents had to pay hundreds to an electrician to get this resolved - something which should have been resolved by the company who dont want to take any calls from us or acknowledge any wrongdoing. Absolutely outrageous, should not be in business. Should learn the basic meaning of customer care .
