        Beware - new owner desperately chasing . Fees suddenly jumped up. I can fully believe within 3 years fees will have shot up to 7000. New owner is purging current van holders while simultaneously 'embracing' the 'local [affluent] community'. On site club was great but is now severely sub standard. There has been no help, sympathy or even pretend politness offered to owners who are simply in his way. By all means buy if you like, but buyer beware, on your own head be it.
