We just moved to the area Mickleton and longed for a log burner Went to GT Fires showroom in November met Graham the owner he was very helpful in meeting our demands, we chose the one we liked, it was a 4 month wait coming, but well worth it, Today Graham & Josh fitted our new log burner, and Todd, they did a fantastic job very helpful, very professional, very tidy. Graham's son Todd what a lovely lad, he is training up to follow in dad's footsteps one day, he knew what he was doing, helped up on the roof with chimney and other tasks not scared of getting his hands dirty. I am so happy to leave my experience and hope it is helpful.

We would very much like to thank Graham, Karen, Josh and Toby for the excellent service and workmanship. We visited GT fires showroom in Bretforton and with Graham's advise and knowledge chose a new stove and discussed removal of an old fireplace and associated work. From start to finish GT fires surpassed our expectations, absolutely brilliant. Just had a log burner fitted by Graham and Josh and cannot thank them enough for a very professional job. They worked constantly for two days to get the job done always professional and very polite. Would recommend both of them to anyone thinking about having a burner installed. They answered all our questions and once fitted gave a detailed demonstration on the use of the burner.

Amazing stove fitted by Graham and Josh, heats the whole house. Super fast installation even with lots of problems to deal with that were left behind by previous owner. Not your typical workmen either as house was left spotless! Thank you both!!
