        All staff are kind, considerate and calm with dealing with my newly aquired feral kittens, who were nervous. They settled back at home quickly, as not too traumitised by quiet, confident staff.

        I hadn't taken my cat to the vets for 10 years but the receptionist quickly found my cats details and offered me an early appointment. Greeted on arrival , large and clean reception area. Even though I had arrived early I was shown through to the vet who made a thorough examination, listened to the symptoms and identified the problem. She was able to explain the recommended treatment and gave an estimated price. Easy to make a further appointment. Would highly recommend the practice.

        Friendly, engaging with our spaniel as well as us. Excellent consultation on top of the usual annual work. Improvement on pre covid visits as a package overall from pre visit to visit.
