What appears to be a frighteningly bad lack of client confidentiality if they voluntarily handed over footage of CCTV to the police - when their client asked for the drive. I guess what they did might have been legal, but it would concern me that if I asked for a drive to be returned to me, that they presumably would feel at liberty to watch it themselves and decide if they wanted to send it to the police instead. Perhaps this is not a MASSIVE breach of the Date Protection Act / GDPR but I would understand the client feeling otherwise. Caveat Emptor i guess.
