We welcomed Megan to our office to deliver a mental health and wellbeing session to our team to mark World Mental Health Day. We received brilliant feedback from our team and Megan really went out of her way to offer some great tips and advice to everyone. Wed definitely recommend Megan to help with any personal support or to attend a corporate event similar to ours.

In 2021, Megan worked one to one with me and my nutrition. After losing 10 stone, I was struggling with energy levels. She helped me learn how to shift to a diet that maintained my weight and help give me an energy boost. Her in depth knowledge and passion really made it a joy!

I cant speak more highly of re:you! I always saw myself as someone who new a lot about health and nutrition but it turns out for me this wasnt enough. Megan has helped me to figure out what was missing. She has helped me to set goals, motivate myself and see myself in a whole new positive way. This has not only helped me to work towards my goals but completely changed my outlook and grow in confidence. I may not have reached my goals yet but I now have the self belief to know I will get there! Thank you so much Megan

I have suffered with stomach cramps and bloating for years but could never really pin point the cause. After speaking with Meg she advised me on ways to find out what was causing my issues. It appeared to be IBS and was being aggravated by so many of the foods I ate. Meg gave me some great advise on plans to help reduce the amount of these foods I ate and it really worked! She was very informative and knowledgeable of my condition and helped me to have a sustainable diet so I could enjoy eating again. Would highly recommend for advice and coaching on all things nutrition but especially conditions that are more complicated. Thanks Meg
