This park is owned by the hill brothers. They are a family of vile conmen. Spend your money elsewhere and live without regret. The 5 star reviews are made by managers and their friends. Don't be conned Hill brothers park . River dane Our experiences in the 10 years we were there. 1. Fire brigade called out on 3 different occasions to electric meters on fire. 2. When people move in to their homes after purchasing the park owners wont sort out any faults. They expect the customer to sort at their own cost. 3. They don't honour any written agreements that they sign. They just say we've changed our policy. 4. Dead branches hanging above homes on large trees. They leave and refuse to move because of the cost to them. 5. The managers work on commission and will promise anything for a sale. But they are promises they won't and can't keep. 6. All plumbing and electrical contractors we got to work on our home have to pay a percentage of the money we gave them to the park owners. 7. We were moved on too less favorable plots on 2 separate occasions and told if we didn't move we would be evicted. 8. When we wanted to leave the park we had to sign the home over to the park owners or pay a 2000 leaving fee . The park owners then sell the home on again. 9. The park sewage system was blocked for more than a month because the park owners wouldn't pay to have it unblocked. 10. The park mains pipe had a leak for 3 months. The water covered a large area of which we had to walk around to get to our home
