Table was pre booked, on arrival no staff at greeting desk,so went to the bar, no staff there either. After 10mins of waiting a staff member in a blue jacket whizzed by and said someone will be with you soon. Finally female staff arrived we ordered drinks and meal at same time. After 40mins meal arrived. The food was luke warm but as we had an engagement to get to and were hungry we ate the meal. Would have been quicker and cheaper going across to McDonald's

Just passing on our way home and wanted somewhere to eat. We had no prior knowledge so called in with no great expectations and in fairness based it another pub chain that should be OK. However we were welcomed in with politeness from all of the staff, excellent service and a standard and level of food above our expectations. The main meals were very well presented, hot, well portioned and extremely tasty having been cooked perfectly. Dessert followed and again were 2 of the nicest sundaes we have had for a long time, well presented, well made with layers that meant all parts were as good as the first mouthfuls. Therefore all of our original expectations were well and truly surpassed making it a most enjoyable experience through service and food. Looking forward to the next time we are passing by. Parking: Large car park with easy access into the front doors.
